Roommate Additions


If you want to add a roommate to your life, you need to know a few things first. Below are our rules and requirements if you plan on having a roommate.


Adding a roommate is simple, you will need to fill out an application and submit it to us on our website, pay the $65 application fee on our website and get approved before moving in.

If the current tenant(s) are NOT moving out and you’re moving in, then you are a roommate. If you are replacing a current roommate, then you would be assuming the remainder of one of the current tenants portion of the lease agreement; you are taking over the existing tenants lease responsibilities until their original term ends.

Additional information you'll need to know:

  • Rent amount remains the same through the remainder of the current lease term even with a new roommate.
  • Pay the $500 “Change of Lease Fee” on our website, by clicking here.
  • If there is a “Moving Out Tenant” they should leave the key(s) and parking permit with the staying tenant. The tenant who stays should give these items to you, the new roommate.
  • If you are not replacing a current moving out tenant, but adding a roommate, you will need to get a key(s) and a parking permit (if provided) from the Property Manager.

It is important that you DO NOT MOVE INTO the unit until all of the above is completed.
