1. How do I list my property with Affinity Group Inc.?

2. If I don't want to pay online, where do we mail rent payment?
   
   You can mail your rent payment to our local office at: 4800 Meadows Rd, Suite 300, Lake Oswego, OR  97035.  Please make sure it is postmarked by the 5th to ensure your rent payment is not late.
    
3. Who are my local utility providers?

4. When is rent late?
   
   Rent is required to be paid in full on the 1st of each month.  Rent that is received after 5:00 PM of the 5th day of any month, a late charge will be assessed as outlined in your rental agreement.
    
5. How do I submit a maintenance request?
   
   You can call or email Affinity Group, Inc. anytime there is a maintenance issue, or simply fill out our maintenance form by clicking here.
    
6. Help! I’m locked out!
   We suggest giving an extra key to a trusted friend or neighbor. A locksmith fee is charged to you anytime Affinity Group Inc. is called to unlock your door. You can also contact D.R. Davis Lock & Safe. They provide 24 Hour Emergency Residential, Commercial and Auto Locksmith Services by calling 503-692-5625.
