Our firm represents over 20 years experience in property management with homeowner association (HOA) communities.

Our emphasis on continuing education, keeping abreast of laws and regulations affecting HOA communities continually increases our effectiveness in turning around problem situations and avoiding legal pitfalls that can commonly occur with HOA communities.



1. Attend Board Meetings: Record and write the minutes of meetings, as necessary.
 
2. Prepare newsletters and mail with regular billings along with minutes and any other flyers, etc.
 
3. Provide monthly accounting statements with bank reconciliations.
 
4. Issue Violation Notices to maintain compliance with the Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
 
5. Obtain competitive bids for necessary repairs and maintenance.  Supervise any work authorized by the Board of Directors.
 
6. Submit end of year statements to CPA for preparation of state and federal tax forms.

7. Knowledge of changes in laws and regulations that could affect your community.
 
8. Provide recommendations and assistance with short term and long term budgeting.
 
9. Offer professional opinion and recommendations on overall issues as related to your community.
 
10. Offer a proposal and property management agreement authorizing disbursements that are specific to the Board of Directors' needs and instructions.
 
11. Cooperate with any particular local professional per Board's request, i.e., attorneys, accountants, arborists, landscapers, reserve study planners, contractors, etc.
 
12. Establish Client Trust Accounts and reserve accounts specifically for your community.



1. AVOIDING A TYPICAL NIGHTMARE: A homeowner threatening litigation against the Board of Directors.
 
2. CONSULTING: On a case-by-case basis to our clients regarding the overall financial condition and performance of your community, assistance in analyzing alternatives and resolving problems along with short term and long term planning.  Fee for services quoted at time of consultation.
 
3. EVALUATION OF DOCUMENTS. We can help you evaluate your existing documents.  This would consist of Declaration, Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.  No legal advice would be offered, but a professional opinion would be provided based on our background and experience.
